The kit includes everything you need to start saving money on your air conditioning. This is the invention that started the “ac misting” movement. It simply attaches to the top of most freestanding residential central air conditioning units – no electricity is needed. It activates when the AC unit fan turns on and air from the condenser fan raises the paddle. The patented Cool-n-Save control valve releases water to flow to the three misters that the customer positions around the AC unit. Brass misting nozzles turn the water into an ultra-fine mist that instantly reduces the air temperature through flash evaporation. Evaporation of the water mist results in a substantial drop in ambient temperature – approximately 30 degrees Fahrenheit when the ambient air temperature is above 90-degrees F. The Cool-n-Save Basic Kit includes one 3-month Cool Release water treatment cartridge to remove calcium and mineral particulates from the water.
